Our Spring Plant Sale PICK UP is happening this coming weekend May 20-21-an initial email has been sent so find your email receipts and prep those gardens!!!!!

For those of you who ordered (thank you) you chose your pick up date and location during checkout-we can not make changes at this time cause it’s like, complicated🤣🤣🤣

After we fill our orders, Any plants remaining will be at the farm stand at 487 east Rd Tiverton RI AND @aquidneckgrowers (limited) this weekend as well!!!!

Hello Orlaya! I just love the “vibe” we are migrating into…..post tulips and before the peony….there are lots of delicate ethereal flowers and the greenhouses become like a magical fairy land….

Most of these crops were planted/seeded late Fall 2021 season and lovingly covered and uncovered with frost fabric all winter in our unheated high tunnels.

Remember the market is at its amazing new location @embracehomeloans at 25 enterprise drive Middletown RI…..it’s really a great location for everyone on the island right near the Ocean State Job Lot/Marshalls/bed bath and beyond shopping area-y’all know you go there on Saturdays anyway🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The big dahlia field-post Mother’s Day weekend, we ALWAYS plant the big main dahlia field this week without interruption.

@seaflowerfox manages this job beautifully with help this week from @livg516 @_shaunacahill @nicolerodrob And of course…MYSELF!

Big job for this little farm and we are about halfway done….in total this week we will Plant around 6000 tubers in both the main field and in our trial beds🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈 #dahliaseason #friends #flowerfarming #dahlia

It is the perennials that are the backbone of a flower farm.
Various shrubs, herbaceous perennials, and foliage balance out the difficulty of all our high maintenance cultivated crops such as ranunculus, dahlias, etc.

This week, right on cue as the tulips finish, is viburnum roseum. This crop starts as a green small hydrangea style head at first and fluffs up into a pale green as the temps warm up.

We will stock it full of blooms first thing in the day…….BUT we will NOT be restocking. We will be open until we are sold out.
