How to order

The crops listed on the website are updated every Monday during the growing season when we are available for wholesale ordering (we do not offer wholesale in late Winter/Super early Spring. All crops are inventoried on the wholesale website shop, meaning as orders are placed, the number of bunches available will be reduced. We send out an email as soon as the website is updated on Mondays and ready for orders to be placed. All orders placed are considered for the following week pick up or delivery unless otherwise arranged with Anna Jane.

At this time we ONLY take preorders for dahlias-you can do so by emailing with a date list (when you want them NOT event date), stem count and color palette and we email about 2 weeks out to confirm and you can make changes or cancel at that time. If you cancel after that confirmation you will still be responsible to pay for the order regardless of whether you actually take them or not due to the elaborate and complicated nature of dahlia season/florist/peak wedding season. An example of a dahlia preorder can look like this:

Wed Aug 15-100 white, 30 lite pink, 30 orange

Thursday Sept 2-30 cafe au lait, 50 coral, 50 gold

etc etc etc

Placing an Order

All wholesale orders must be placed through our wholesale page so that our inventory stays current. We do not take orders via text, instagram, or email (with the exception of dahlia preorders, you can email those to Anna Jane anytime). We send out an email on MONDAYS (typically, this can vary a bit due to crazy farming life) announcing the website is updated and ready to take orders for pick up the FOLLOWING week. The dates for which you are ordering are stated in the email, and at the top of the wholesale pages repeatedly.

Please write your desired pick up date in the comment section during checkout. No Monday or Sunday pick ups. Take note, it is ALWAYS BETTER to have a later pick up day in the week……there will likely be NO ISSUES with your order if you choose a later (in the week) pick up date.

You will not be invoiced for your order until crops are harvested and packed. You will receive an invoice via quickbooks when your order is harvested, packed and completed on our end. Payment is expected before or at time of pickup or delivery. We accept cash, check, or bank account balance Transfers through Quickbooks. We do NOT accept credit cards, venmo, paypal etc for wholesale.
